Welcome to BetOpportunity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BetOpportunity website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by BetOpportunity ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Description of Service

BetOpportunity is a sports analytics and data aggregation platform. We provide:

• Real-time odds comparison from multiple data sources
• Sports market analysis tools
• Arbitrage opportunity identification (surebets)
• Value bet detection

1.1 Information for Personal Use Only

The information provided by the Service is intended for private, personal use only, regardless of your subscription plan. You agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share any data obtained from the Service
• Use our data to create competing services or products
• Provide our data to third parties for commercial purposes
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, software) for large-scale data extraction

1.2 Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that:

• You use the information provided by the Service at your own risk
• The information cannot be considered as financial advice, instruction, or indication for fund disposition
• All information is for informational purposes only
• Technical issues, delays, or discrepancies in data may occur
• You waive any claims against us for losses resulting from using our information

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for online services in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information using your real identity

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

2.1 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You understand and agree that:

• Use of the Service may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions
• If there are restrictions or prohibitions in your country, all responsibility for any consequences lies solely with you
• We do not have any obligation to inform, prevent, or train you about local restrictions
• It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information using your real name and true data
• Register only ONCE—multiple accounts are prohibited
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.1 One Account Per User

Users who already have an account are strictly prohibited from re-registering, including using different identification data (name, email, etc.). Re-registration is only allowed with explicit permission from the Administration. Violation of this rule may result in immediate account termination without refund.

3.2 Identity Verification

We reserve the right at any time, without stating reasons, to require you to provide documents proving your identity (e.g., scanned copy of passport, driver's license, utility bill, or other documents). Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue accessing premium features.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.

4.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted in the following specific cases:

a) Erroneous Purchase

If you claim an erroneous purchase, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, subject to:

• Deduction for time used (calculated at the daily rate of a 7-day subscription)
• Payment processing fee of 6% of the total payment
• Administrative fee of €15 for operating expenses

b) Service Unavailability

If the Service is unavailable for more than 12 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may choose:

• Free extension of your subscription for the period of unavailability, OR
• Pro-rata refund of remaining subscription time (minus 6% processing fee)

c) Technical Incompatibility

If the Service cannot be used because your software, hardware, browser, or internet connection is incompatible, this is not considered our fault, and no refund will be provided. You are responsible for ensuring you have compatible equipment and software.

d) Connection Issues

Cases of failures, malfunctions, or interruptions between you and the Service caused by your equipment, internet provider, or circumstances beyond our control are your responsibility, and no refund is expected.

e) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure circumstances—extraordinary events that we could neither foresee nor prevent by reasonable measures (natural disasters, wars, government actions, etc.).

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our data without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any access restrictions or rate limits

6. Data and Information Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Odds and data may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies due to technical reasons
• Sports betting involves significant financial risk
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You are obliged to personally verify the adequacy and accuracy of information before using it
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from use of our data
• Arbitrage opportunities may disappear instantly before you can act on them
• Bookmakers may void bets, limit accounts, or change odds at any time without notice
• You assume all risks and possible losses related to using the information provided

6.1 No Claims for Losses

You expressly waive any claims against the Administration related to compensation of possible losses that are indirectly or directly caused by using the information provided by the Service. The Administration is not responsible for the consequences of using information provided by the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the compilation thereof—are the exclusive property of BetOpportunity or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, including bookmaker sites. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites
• Any transactions you conduct with third parties
• The terms, conditions, or privacy policies of third parties

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF DATA
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• BETOPPORTUNITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GAMBLING LOSSES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• IF YOU ARE ON A FREE PLAN, OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS ZERO

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BetOpportunity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your betting or gambling activities
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

12. Gambling Responsibility

If you choose to use our data for betting purposes:

• You are solely responsible for complying with gambling laws in your jurisdiction
• You must be of legal gambling age
• You acknowledge that gambling can be addictive
• We encourage responsible gambling practices
• If you have a gambling problem, seek help at BeGambleAware.org

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You disseminate information obtained through the Service
• You use automated means to extract data from the Service
• Any suspicion of fraud or illegal activity arises

13.1 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination or suspension, regardless of the reason:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related data
• We may deny further access to the Service
• We are not liable to you or any third party for claims arising from termination
• No refund will be provided if termination is due to Terms violation

13.2 Liability for Damages

If you are found to disseminate information obtained through the Service or use technical means for large-scale data extraction, you shall be obliged to compensate confirmed losses to the Administration.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Good Faith Negotiation: We will first attempt to resolve disputes informally through consultations
2. Written Claim: Claims must be sent in writing by email. We commit to responding within 30 days
3. Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
4. Courts: If no resolution is reached within 60 days of the written claim, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Spain

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to introduce amendments to these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

All changes are legally valid and binding from the date of posting. After publication, continued use of the Service is considered as complete and unconditional acceptance of the new Terms. Changes take effect immediately (or 30 days for material changes to pricing or rights). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Assignment and Transfer

You have no right to assign or transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties. Any attempt to do so will be void. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BetOpportunity regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. These Terms may not be modified, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other documents unless agreed by the Administration.
